Terms of Service

1. What the service is

Pharma4i is a document drafting aid. It helps you author, structure and export user requirements specifications and related documents. It does not certify, assess or guarantee anything about your regulatory position.

Every output of the service is a draft. It carries no validity until it has been reviewed and approved by qualified personnel under your own quality system.

2. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for regulatory compliance, for document control, for review and approval, for issue and distribution, and for periodic review of every document you produce with the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for confirming every assumption the service records, and for deciding whether a document is fit for its intended purpose.

3. No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranty that output is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular regulatory submission, inspection, audit or contractual purpose.

Availability, response times and model behaviour may change. Nothing here is regulatory, legal or engineering advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, or the cost of regulatory remediation.

5. Your content

You own your content. That includes the documents you produce, the answers you enter and any vendor specification you upload. We claim no rights over them and do not use them to train models.

Vendor specification text is processed in memory and discarded. We store only the requirements you review and a short reference snippet for traceability.

We process your content only to provide the service to you, and as described on the security page.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or for attempts to access other organisations' data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the terms change you will be asked to accept the new version at your next sign-in, and that acceptance is recorded in the audit trail with the version, the date and time, and your identity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. The operating entity, its registered address and that jurisdiction are to be confirmed by the operator before these terms are relied upon.
