Plain terms covering what the service is, what it is not, and where responsibility sits.
1. Scope of the service
Pharma4i provides tooling to author and export user requirements specifications. Modules marked as coming soon are not part of the service until they are released, and no commitment is made to a release date.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and approval of every document you produce. Output from this platform is a draft. Review, approval and control of the finished document sit within your own quality system.
3. No regulatory assurance
Nothing on this platform constitutes regulatory advice, an assessment of your compliance, or a guarantee that a document will be accepted by an inspector, auditor or customer.
4. Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse of the service or attempts to access other users' data.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the documents you create. We process them to operate the service. Your document content is not sold and is not used to train models.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime level. Features may change. Where a change removes something you rely on, reasonable notice will be given by email.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded.
