A short, honest description of how the platform handles your data. It states limits as plainly as capabilities.
Document isolation
Every URS document is bound to the account that created it and enforced at the database level, not only in the interface. Another signed-in account cannot read your documents even by requesting them directly.
Authentication
Sign-in uses email and password or Google. Passwords are never stored by this application; authentication is handled by the managed identity service behind it.
Data in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over TLS. The database is managed, encrypted at rest and backed up by the hosting provider.
What we do not claim
This platform is not a validated system and is not supplied with validation documentation. It does not carry Part 11 electronic signature functionality, and nothing here assesses or certifies your organisation's compliance. Treat exported documents as drafts entering your own controlled quality system.
Deletion
Deleting a document removes it from the database. To delete your account and everything in it, ask from the address associated with your account and it will be removed.
