Document credits
A one-time purchase with no subscription, for sites that approve project budget in days and software subscriptions in months. One credit covers one issued document — not a project, which can hold many documents. It is used the first time that document issues a revision; later revisions of the same document are free, and planning documents you never issue cost nothing. Credits do not expire.

Questions
- What happens to my data and to vendor specifications I upload?
- Vendor specification files are read in memory to extract requirements and are not stored. Your documents stay in your organisation, encrypted in transit and at rest, in the region you chose. See the security page for the full statement.
- Does the software carry any compliance status?
- Pharma4i is a drafting aid. No compliance status is claimed for the tool. It structures documents to GAMP 5 and generates requirements addressing Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11, but every output is a draft that must be reviewed and approved by qualified personnel under your own quality system. Compliance rests with how you use the tool within your own quality system, not with the tool itself.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the payment provider's billing portal, where you can change plan, change seat count, download invoices or cancel. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can always export documents you have already produced.
- How do document credits work?
- One credit covers one issued document. It is used the first time that document issues a revision, not when the project or the document is created, and later revisions of the same document are free. A project can hold many documents; each issued document uses its own credit. Credits never expire.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- All prices are set in US dollars. At checkout you can choose to pay in your local currency; the payment provider handles the conversion and applies its conversion fee. Invoices and receipts are issued in US dollars.
