What we collect
Account details, organisation and billing records, the project content you choose to save, and marketing consent where you explicitly give it. Vendor specification files and extracted source text are not stored.
Why we use it
We use account and project data to provide the service, protect accounts, process purchases, maintain required audit records and respond to support requests. Marketing email is sent only where consent has been recorded.
Storage and access
Organisation data is kept in the region selected when the organisation is created. Access controls isolate each organisation's records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Retention and deletion
Projects remain until you delete them or your account. In Settings, you can export your data before requesting deletion. Minimum transaction records may be retained where law requires it.
Your choices
You may export or delete account data from Settings and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. For privacy requests, contact privacy@pharma4i.com.
